Job Description :

Responsibilities

·        Responsible for maintaining the Customer Cloud (AWS) Staging &Production instances (Monitor, Adherence to SLAs, Manage CustomerConfigurations, Client Device, Subscription Management & Billing Info)

·        To be Nagra’s Level-1 R&D interface to make sure the product meetsthe Acceptance Criteria

·        Willingness to workin different time zones and available 24x7 to immediately address the Hotlinecalls (P0calls for production & staging)

·        Fully ManageProduction System & gain product system level knowledge to troubleshootissues

·        Sound knowledge inConfiguration Management

·        Customer Onboarding process (conf using OPUI: add Live, VOD Catalogue(movies add/remove), Recommendations, Conf of Encoders, Upgrades, Partner Mgt)

·        Responsible to make sure the 3rd Party releases are fullyoperational, troubleshoot/identify issues

·        Interfaces with the SRE Program Manager to get the required support fromR&D, to get the understanding of Feature list/Requirements, CustomerBusiness SLA’s

·        Good Communicationskills to interface with Stakeholders (Services, SRE team, Management)

·        Ensures the ProductSolution validated releases are fully Operational as per Customer Requirement& within defined scope

·        Work closely withvarious internal groups to ensure a timely resolution of open issues.

·        Define Operational Process,Guidelines and manages cases sent by Customer & ensures timely response

·        Handle escalationswhen normal support processes are not meeting agreed upon expectations.

·        Identify andenhance areas for service delivery improvement while recommending changes tooperating procedures.

·        Track all openproblems relating to major Customers and provide periodic reports to customers.

·        Develop a strongunderstanding of customer business and how Nagra products/APIs help themachieve their business objectives

·        Builds and growsrelationships with both Technical staff and Sr. Management from the customerteam

·        Bring in efficiencyof Operations by automating using scripts

 

Qualifications

·        Bachelor's degreepreferably in a technical discipline

·        Minimum 5 years ofexperience in Product Integration activities or Customer Operations inmaintaining Production, Staging environments

·        Web: Java, Groovy,Python, Shell, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript

·        Build & CItools: Maven, Ant, Gradle, Jenkins, Bamboo

·        Databases: Mongo, Oracle,MySQL

·        OS: Windows, Linux, UNIX, Android, iOS

·        Tools: Perforce,Git, Jenkins CI, SonarQube, Nexus, Artifactory, Selenium, Vagrant, Docker,Terraform, Packer, Puppet, Foreman

·        Methodologies:Agile, Scrum, SAFe

·        Cloud &virtualization: ESX/VMWare, OpenStack, AWS, VirtualBox, Docker

·        Strongunderstanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery concepts

·        Experience with CI Engines(Jenkins, Nexus, Maven)

·        Knowledge of overall networking technologiesand production level infrastructures

·        Good written and oral communication skillsare a must
